As the self-proclaimed queen of pizza, you know I had to try this local favorite! Parlor Pizza is in the oh-so-trendy foodie neighborhood of West Loop and known for great brunch pizzas along with a bloody mary bar and build-your-own-mimosas filled with prosecco and your choice of different juices. I stuck with orange (call me classic) and it was delicious – off to a good start. To start, we got the Chicken Biscuit with fried chicken, fresh biscuits, and a side of potatoes. Unfortunately, the chicken was a bit dry but the biscuits were good! After, we got the “Burrata Be Kidding Me” brunch pizza. YOU GUYS. This was AMAZING. I loooove burrata mozzarella so that already bumps this pizza up but it was so good with the lemon vinaigrette coated arugula on top and TRUFFLE OIL. For those who don’t know, I am also truffle obsessed so basically this pizza was made for me and you need to run, not walk, to Parlor to try it! With the ambiance included (the decor, the rooftop, the patio, you can bring dogs outside if you want), I would definitely recommend it.
See you soon!
