As promised, I created a cute little champagne cocktail to serve at your next soirée complete with champagne/rosé bears! You’ll need champagne (I used cava which is the Spanish version!), champagne bears, raspberries, and honey (not pictured).
First, muddle a couple raspberries in a cup with a spoon or, if you have one, an actual muddler. Depending on if you want the cocktail to be smooth or not, you can either just add the mixture straight to the glass or you can put it over a small strainer to keep the chunks out (I left them in).
To finish off, add a squeeze of honey and throw in a couple of the bears to the glass and add one to a toothpick for garnish. Now you’re ready to pop-fizz-clink!
